I am a homemade baker and cake decorator from Charleston, SC. I love the smell of freshly baked bread and cakes straight from the oven. I home-schooled two special needs kiddos with dietary concerns, motivating me to learn to mill my own flour to make delicious, nutrient-dense bread.
